Quick Access not showing recent files and frequent folders in File Explorer Windows 10 and 11 FIX

Quick Access does not show recent files and frequent folders in Windows 10 and 11? Let's fix it! Open File Explorer – view (top left) – Options – change folder and search options – General tab
Make two changes in the opened window – Folder Options.
a- change /"open file explorer to: Quick access/"
b- under confidentiality control to activate these two
i- display recently used files in quick access
ii- display frequently used folders for quick access
click APPLY and OK.
