1 cup shelled peanuts
Line a baking tin with baking paper.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir sugar and salt into melted butter until completely dissolved. Remove from heat add peanuts and stir until completely coated; pour directly into prepared pan spreading into an even layer.
