When I was little I loved a good orange sorbet. In fact orange push-up lollipops (does anyone remember those?!) were one of my favorite summer treats.

Mango sorbet with 3 ingredients
Given the choice I almost always choose ice cream over sorbet and sherbet as I much prefer richer more indulgent flavours (like Sea Salt Caramel). However my dairy intolerance has led me to develop a palate that favours more fruity flavours that often come in the form of sorbet. I’m slowly but surely getting on board.
This recipe was my first attempt at homemade sorbet and I am blown away by the results. If you make one dessert from our blog this summer make it this one!
Mango is so naturally sweet and creamy that I thought it would lend itself perfectly to sorbet. Luckily that's exactly what happened.
