Pop OS uses the Gnome desktop which provides a full-fledged desktop experience for Raspberry Pi 4. Pop OS brings some of the new features including tiled windows, vertical workspaces, customizable dock, app launcher, touchpad gestures and more. In this video I will review PopOS 21.10 running on Raspberry Pi 4, and at the end of the video I show you how to install Pop OS on Raspberry Pi 4.
Note – At the time of recording this video, PopOS 21.10 for Raspberry Pi 4/400 is in beta, which means some features do not work properly like the App Store. Other than that, tag beta you won't mind trying popOS 21.10 on your Raspberry Pi 4. In fact, using Pop OS on my Raspberry Pi 4, I was amazed at the level of performance it offers and supports its execution. External SSD and to take full advantage of the Raspberry Pi 4, you can overclock it to maximum frequencies.
