Cod is a relatively mild fish making it a good choice for people who don’t like fish including children. It blends well with the ingredients you add to it taking on their flavors. A simple approach is used here: a squeeze of lemon juice some crushed garlic and olive oil are cooked down along with a knob of butter and some fresh chopped parsley to make a bright and flavorful sauce that is spooned over the boneless skinless cod pieces before they are cooked. This dish takes about 20 minutes to prepare.
