This baked tortellini with a sausage-like tomato sauce is pretty basic but ohhhh so good. It’s my weakness when it comes to comfort food at the moment. I highly recommend adding some buttery garlic bread to it!

Baked Tortellini with Sausage
How was this so simple and so amazingly delicious?! I stayed true to the recipe except I left out the sausage and instead added some crispy prosciutto on top of the cheese. I love how packed with veggies it is. I will definitely be making this again. It almost feels like an SOS in terms of effort vs. results.

I started making this as a fun weekend getaway: we’re having a friend over for dinner and we want to get started at home. We just want a big pan full of carbs to dig into with crispy chunks of garlic bread soaked in butter.
