Inspired by the Julie and Julia movie here’s a little twist on one of the most delicious looking recipes ever to grace the silver screen! Unless you and your guests are prepared to eat the bruschetta right away I recommend keeping the tomato mixture separate from the bread as it will get soggy otherwise. Serve the tomato mixture in a bowl and the bread on another serving plate. Be prepared for a bit of a mess!
