Recipe for chicken with honey mustard
This is one of those lazy days where it couldn't be easier. You don't have to think about it and yet you get delicious dishes.
Mix honey-Dijon mustard and olive oil and pour over the chicken thighs in a baking dish. Bake until done.
The chicken produces its own juices with the honey and mustard and the skin on top gets crispy brown. We have lots of rosemary in the garden; adding a sprig or two really takes the dish to the next level. The chicken is delicious with rice to soak up the honey mustard juices.
