Cookies without chocolate chips
I’m just saying: chocolate chip cookies are so much better without the chocolate chip cookies. Don’t get me wrong I love a gooey chocolate chip cookie (especially one fresh out of the oven) but I’ve always had a soft spot for the chunks without the chocolate chips. That’s how this no-chocolate-chip recipe came about. It has all the warm brown sugar flavors of a chocolate chip cookie but without all the chips. And because I still love chocolate this cookie is dipped in a genius two-ingredient chocolate shell to give it that classic chocolate flavor (but that’s optional of course).
3/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
