After eating at a certain restaurant that is known for making cheesecake I fell in love with their chicken artichoke soup. I searched on several websites for a similar recipe. I couldn’t find a recipe but I did find one with some of the same ingredients so I modified it by adding some vegetables and giving it a twist. This is what I came up with. This is a fairly simple recipe and tastes really good. Top with shredded cheese.
