I had some leftover sirloin that I needed to use up and couldn't find a recipe I liked so I made my own! I didn't have any tortillas to make traditional fajitas so I just put them on a stick! I use the fajita marinade for all kinds of different recipes with all kinds of meats including shrimp and fish.
