I came up with this because I wanted something different from the usual fried pork chops (that’s what my husband asked me to cook that day). So I made this really quickly and he loved it. Now he asks for it every time. I do this with boneless and bone-in pork chops. So it doesn’t matter what kind you have on hand you can just cook them and enjoy.
