Oh *shrugs nonchalantly* it's these stuffed peppers from the frozen meal.
Every time I make them I am amazed that it works. Really works. You start with a 10 minute vegetarian recipe in one bowl with no cutting board and what you end up with are little individually frozen stuffed peppers that are ready for you when you need them.
Since this version is meatless these babies come together incredibly quickly. You mix the filling hollow out the peppers and stuff them. I usually just put them in a bag to freeze and they become these perfect little individually frozen stuffed peppers that are super easy to grab one at a time for exactly how many you want to bake.
