A quick and easy recipe that is great to send to friends and family festive snow white and very tasty with a pleasantly crunchy and chewy texture. This recipe originates from my great grandmother and has been passed down through four generations. My grandmother Sally makes these almost every year for Christmas and it is one of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes. The cookies are chewy-crunchy when cooled not soggy.
