The perfect combination of smoky and sweet flavors is what you get when you use your outdoor grill to cook these chicken strips! I like to use center-cut bacon because it is leaner and less likely to flare up. I find it much easier to cut the bacon lengthwise and use the thin strips to wrap the bacon than to try to use a wide strip. Use your favorite BBQ rub on the chicken!
