Homemade pizza bagels
To be honest my childhood in the Kentucky suburbs consisted more of Bagel Bites than actual bagels or pizza. So while I was apprehensive about tackling a recipe for homemade bagels using Bagel Bites I have the home court advantage: pizza in the morning pizza in the evening pizza for dinner!

Okay sure. The idea alone is probably a crime against pizza and bagels but only in certain jurisdictions. For those of us who grew up on English muffin pizza Bagel Bites are a natural extension of that whole tacky genre of processed breakfast foods turned cheesy snacks.
