I searched this site for a recipe for this but couldn't find one so I took a chance and it turned out really well. I had to make a second batch to take to the New Year's Eve party as the first batch disappeared. A great way to use leftover ham from Christmas dinner as a spread for savoury crackers or rye toast. Also great as a sandwich.
