I am sharing my version of the warm ube pandesal that we used to eat as kids for breakfast and even for merienda (snack) with hot chocolate or hot milk. I love ube flavored foods so I incorporated it into my favorite breakfast bread. I know there are a lot of pandesal recipes online but I hope you give this a try and let me know what you think. Thank you! Serve warm with or without the spread of your choice. Reheat leftovers in a toaster oven before serving for a better flavor.
