Baked Penne with Meatballs
Everything that tastes good (in this case: lean turkey and vegetable meatballs and a soft spicy tomato sauce with fresh green herbs) mixed with hot pasta and an explosion of color and texture. *closes eyes and purrs* I absolutely love it.
I don’t make spaghetti and meatballs often but I’ve had it on my overflowing plate of food ideas for a while now and I may or may not be tired of looking at it. You know what I mean? One of the benefits of listing your ideas: you get tired of looking at all the things you haven’t done yet which forces you to follow through. And I’m so glad this recipe actually happened because Bjork and I could both eat it for every meal all week. Well we eat it all week. I’ve made the recipe twice which resulted in at least 900 little containers of thin spaghetti and meatballs in the fridge waiting to be stuffed into a lunchbox.
