We literally just ate this and it was sooooo good! We had company and everyone loved it! I will definitely make this again and I recommend this recipe.

Guys I have to be honest with you. I’ve had some ups and downs with chicken over the past decade – okay okay okay fine maybe it’s mostly been downs. But the good news today is that things are finally taking a beautifully crispy turn for the better. Cheers and applause! Maybe I do like chicken after all (read: bacon white wine shallots)?
