Crispy on the outside soft on the inside and gooey melted cheese on top. If Italian herb polenta is not available sprinkle Italian seasoning over the rounds after brushing them with EVOO. I like them as is but feel free to dip them in pizza or marinara sauce for an extra pizza kick. Garnish with parsley if desired.
