How to Make Chipotle's Guac at Home
Regular burgers cheeseburgers bacon cheeseburgers barbecue burgers with onion rings bacon cheeseburgers with fried eggs on top… I’ll have one of each with a side of fries. Because it’s Friday.
Oh and what about those weird burgers they have at small burger joints like the peanut butter ones? Have you ever had one? And you think you’re going to gag and never look at the place the same way again but they’re actually pretty good and you’ll be coming back every weekend for the rest of your life?
These chipotle burgers aren’t that much of a challenge. They’re a spicy juicy texture-rich chippy burger (and yes I mean chips as in my favorite food ever because putting one of my favorite salty foods in another of my favorite salty foods is definitely a good idea) covered in melted cheddar cheese and then loaded with a generous layer of guacamole.
