Looking for a festive roast for a special dinner or holiday? This Cranberry Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin looks beautiful and is easier to make than it looks. Seriously!
I first made a version of this roast with my dad about ten years ago. The original recipe we had was from a supermarket flyer but the instructions were a bit short on how to actually stuff the roast. It also included croutons which let’s be honest are hard to use for this kind of stuffing. (Panko or breadcrumbs work much better.) So our roast back then was not exactly a feast for the eyes.
