Sugar Coated Peanuts | Sugared Nuts Recipe
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add peanuts; cook and stir until peanuts are evenly coated and no syrup remains in pan. Spread peanuts on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until evenly toasted about 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
