This easy one-pan meal comes together in no time under the grill. It starts with chicken pieces marinated in a mixture of yoghurt and spices tandoori-style. The chicken is then grilled with the marinade until browned and tender. The cooking liquid is then used to steam couscous giving it an extra boost of flavour. Dates and almonds round out the dish.
