In the near future, the Microsoft Teams noise cancellation setting will also be available in the Device Settings /"…/" area of the meeting window, so you can change the noise cancellation setting and remove background noise with Microsoft Teams in real time.

Auto: Teams monitors the amount of background noise audible in a meeting and adjusts the suppression up or down to remove non-speech sounds like dogs barking or paper rustling. It may take a few seconds for it to trigger if there is a loud noise
Low: Persistent background noise is suppressed, such as a computer, ceiling fan, or air conditioner. Teams suggests using this setting when music is playing in the background.
High: Removes all background noise that Teams considers not speech.
Off: Noise cancellation is disabled. Perhaps you are lucky enough to be able to hold meetings in low-noise environments and can use this option.
