Reduce laggy keyboard bug on iOS (iOS 16.4.1 lag)

I went to an Apple Store to show the geniuses that iOS 16.4 introduced a lagging keyboard bug if the "reduce motion" feature was enabled. The Apple Store guys told me they have no way to send bug reports to Apple HQ. To play: Enable “Reduced Motion” in Settings/Accessibility/Motion. Pull down the Home screen so that the search keyboard appears. See the video.
The motion reduction feature was, as far as I knew, the only way to make an iPhone a little snappier (still slower than Android phones with animations turned off)
