In the summer this is a great non-alcoholic thirst quencher for young and old. It may bring back some memories for those of us who grew up in New Zealand with home-brewed ginger beer in the garden shed and got our kicks from the excitement and danger of opening a bottle that had been sitting for a little too long… how times have changed! It gets fizzier with age so open with care.
