First of all, what is a /"Program/" in the start tab of Windows Task Manager? Well, later I found out that it was leftover software from an application that I had uninstalled but not properly uninstalled from my Windows PC as it seems.
And in this video, I found that it was really difficult to find out where the error was coming from since it was the first time I discovered this Windows startup error.
In the autostart entries, you may notice one or more entries, appearing as "Program" appearing with a blank or generic icon and without any publisher information or any information at all like in my case.
And when I right-click on the specific startup entry, the open file location option is grayed out because the executable does not exist in the specified location, which can happen as also shown the video.
What to do if the file is missing at startup, but the entry is still there? In this video, I will show you how to remove invalid or dead entries from Task Manager, Startup tab on your Windows laptop or desktop in a few simple steps using a free software from Microsoft called autoruns.

It will work on Microsoft Windows 8 Windows 8.1 Windows 10 Windows 11 operating system.
