If you have fixed the problems in browsers, but still not working
The camera worked with Windows applications, but not with browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge) with Google Meet
For camera issues /"failed/"
(1) Press “Windows” “I” to open Settings.
(2) Click “Privacy” then select “Camera” in the left pane
(3) Select the “Edit” button under the “Change access for this device” heading.
(4) Enable the toggle to allow access.
(5) Enable the “Allow apps to access your camera” button, then scroll down.
(6) Also enable “Allow desktop apps to access your camera/” option, then scroll down.
(7) then exit settings.
(8) Check if the problem persists.
For microphone problems /"failure/"
(1) Press “Windows” “I” to open Settings.
(2) Click “Privacy”, then select “Microphone” from the left pane
(3) Select the “Edit” button under the “Change access for this device” heading.
(4) Enable the toggle to allow access.
(5) Enable the “Allow apps to access your microphone” button, then scroll down.
(6) Also enable “Allow desktop apps to access your microphone/” option, then scroll down.
(7) then exit settings.
(8) Check if the problem persists.
