Roasted Butternut Squash | Minimalist Baker Recipes

This 30-minute recipe starts with peeling and dicing the squash so it cooks quickly and gets a nice roasted flavor in every bite! We’ve included detailed instructions below or you can watch a quick video here.

Next we toss the squash with avocado oil to help caramelize it and maple syrup to enhance the sweetness. If you want to cook with less oil we recommend lightly coating it with an avocado oil spray.
