1 ½ cups raw mixed nuts

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the nuts over the baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes shaking the baking sheet to turn the nuts over. Bake for about 5 more minutes until toasted. Turn the oven off but leave the nuts in the oven for about 10 minutes until they have cooled slightly.
