This Romanian Apple Pie is a wonderfully simple yet delicious treat! It is so moist and fresh that it is sure to be a favorite with your family as it is with mine! The most important part of the preparation is slicing and peeling the apples. A mix of apples works well although I usually use Golden Delicious apples.
