Great for autumn and winter this delicious hearty flavoursome soup is packed with tasty ingredients… tomatoes chicken vegetables and a healthy helping of rice. This is a family favourite that I made myself. The rich aroma will draw them in from the outdoors before it's done. Garnish with grated cheddar or mozzarella if you like.
