Send and receive a fax on your WinXP computer

Hank Drayton's mini-seminar on how to send and receive faxes on your WinXP computer. This applies to a computer running Windows XP. NOT applicable to Win 10. Please note that when this video was made it was common to have a phone connection built into your computer. This is no longer common, but it is easy and inexpensive to purchase and install an external USB phone connection.
