Show/Enable Startup Programs in Task Manager – Windows 10

Learn how to enable Task Manager to show startup programs.

If that doesn't work, make sure you have a Startup folder under Programs in your personal Start menu (default /"C://Users//_username_//AppData//Roaming//Microsoft//Windows//Start Menu//Programs//Startup/") and that for all users (by default /"C://ProgramData//Microsoft//Windows//Start//Programs//Startup/").
