I have a problem with salads. I don't want to make them. And that's mainly because I don't want to eat them.

Garlic Butter Shrimp Quinoa
When I come home from work I'm hungry and it's freezing those vegetables don't call my name nearly as loudly as the pasta and cheese.
So I consider this shrimp quinoa salad an achievement since I used all my veggies and fruits before the crisp freshness turned to mush. Sometimes it’s just hard to find the willpower to make a salad. I think you know what I mean.
But look at this: warm shrimp and quinoa drizzled with sesame ginger dressing and a handful of fresh veggies… now that's not so bad right?
