Today I want to cover how to sign a PDF document. It's a great idea to go paperless in your workspace by creating digital signatures. IT'S 100% FREE. You do this with Adobe Reader DC. YOU DON'T NEED Adobe Acrobat!
Going green is important for a business. Going paperless is the best way to achieve this. Do you have documents to sign? Why not scan them with a photocopier and email them to yourself in PDF format. You can ask all your colleagues to create signatures that are saved for their own user on their own computer. They sign the document and send it back to you.
I used this method to do my taxes and sign on my first house. It's much simpler than using standard snail mail or fax.
