How to Make Lemon Vinaigrette | Minimalist Baking Recipes
Start with a base of leafy greens. We went with spring greens but I also like spinach as a base and thinly sliced kale arugula and romaine.
Next comes whatever vegetables you have on hand. My favorites are finely diced carrots chopped tomatoes and onion or shallot. But to make it a bit fancier I've also added pomegranate seeds cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
