I made this easy hamburger stroganoff recipe because I love the taste of a good stroganoff but I don't like the expense of beef tips steak or roast beef and I don't like the time it takes to make them. My version is creamy and tastes amazing.

Easy Beef Stroganoff with Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese cut into pieces
