Easy Roasted Cabbage Recipe
When roasting cabbage you want the same sweet nutty flavor of caramelization and browning that you get with roasted broccoli. But given the way cabbage is shaped I’ve found that the best way to prepare it for roasting like cauliflower is to cut it into thick wedges through the core keeping the leaves together.

Cut the cabbage into six to eight wedges toss with oil season with salt and pepper and roast at 260°C (500°F) until the cabbage is browned and tender. Turn the cabbage occasionally during cooking.
