A reader from Alaska told me that he prefers his potatoes in the morning instead of fried with corned beef or ham. He eats them in the form of smoked salmon fried potatoes with onions and pieces of hot smoked salmon.
Good idea yes please! I find them delicious with a soft boiled egg and extra sour cream.
