I had one unopened package of graham crackers several packages of chocolate and half a bag of stale mini marshmallows all pulled from the pantry on a rainy afternoon in late summer/early fall.
What else is a woman to do but make chocolate and marshmallow S'mores cookies?
These cookies start with my Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie dough and I substitute some of the flour for crumbled graham crackers. I used a mix of chopped chocolate and chocolate chips—whatever I had on hand—and I liked how some bites were chocolate-filled and some bites were more like graham crackers.
