(*This solution only applies to desktops and non-obsolete motherboards and operating systems for which the manufacturer's support services are still available. I have only known once that it worked for a laptop This solution will work and if it doesn't work, there may be other factors/variables affecting the system. If this doesn't work, try uninstalling the drivers completely and then installing the drivers. the motherboard.)

I spent hours trying to solve this problem on my own and there was no good reference online. I checked forums and technical sites. Once I figured it out, I realized there must be something on the internet to help people solve this problem, because it took me forever! So I made this video, I hope it helps you save hours of your time.

Scenario:
/"Hello everyone, are you facing issues getting Realtek HD Audio Manager to work on Windows 10, 64-bit even after downloading and installing the updated Windows 10 64-bit drivers from Realtek? Is it still missing from icons in your taskbar at the bottom right No way to access them and no response even if you go to the Realtek folder and click on the Realtek HD Audio Manager application file – RtkNGUI64 Don't understand why it does not display ?

If your sound card chipset is on your motherboard and Realtek HD Audio Manager is not working, your motherboard does not support the version of Realtek audio drivers that you just downloaded and installed from from the Realtek website.

You need to go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and get the custom Realtek drivers that they created just for your motherboard and audio chipset. These drivers will work. They will solve your problem. These are the drivers you are looking for.

First you need to get your motherboard name by going to Windows menu, type CMD, which means Command Prompt, type /"wmic baseboard get product/" (motherboard is motherboard), now you have the name of the motherboard.

Copy and paste the motherboard name, go to Google, paste or type it, find the link to your brand website…

Find the audio drivers on the website and download them. If you're just using the audio chipset on your motherboard and that's it, you might be able to just install it and be good to go. If you want to do a cleaner install, you can uninstall the drivers and then reinstall the new ones you just downloaded.

It will work and you will be able to play and watch your media again!

Now if you have mic issues and a third party sound card like creative lab with Soundblaster software installed additionally above and beyond the Realtek with 5.1 audio ports on the back and a headphone and mic port at the front, connected to the third party. sound card, and you also have the sound card chip on the motherboard, which probably has an optical port, you will still need Realtek downloaded and running simultaneously with your third party sound card management control software as well. Many times, if not done correctly. The Realtek HD audio manager will not work properly and the mic will not work.

In my next video I will show the proper installation process to avoid any conflicts and use all your audio ports./"

I have two sound cards, one on the motherboard and one in the PCI slot. You need to uninstall all the drivers first, then download Realtek HD Audio Manager for the onboard motherboard sound card, and then download the audio drivers/manager for the sound card in the PCI slot (like Sound Blaster), if you have two cards. This should make it work.

Strangely satisfying solution!
