Solved: Microsoft/Windows Defender not working

Command to execute in PowerShell:

Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI* Reset-AppxPackage

Note: This command only works on Windows 10 build 20175 or later.

If you are on Windows 11, you can also try this command:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers Reset-AppxPackage
