Step 1 – Change regional and language settings from Control Panel.

Step 2: Start – Run – wsreset.exe

Step 3: Start – Search – Powershell – Right click on PowerShell – Run as administrator – Use the command:
Get-AppXPackage Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register /"(_.InstallLocation)//AppXManifest.xml/"}

Step 4: Start – Search – Powershell – Right click on PowerShell – Run as administrator – Use the command:
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command /"& {manifest (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation '//AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register manifest}/"

Step 5: Step 4: Start – Search – Powershell – Right click on PowerShell – Run as administrator – Use the command:
((Get-ChildItem “HKLM:SOFTWARE//Microsoft//Windows//CurrentVersion//Appx//AppxAllUserStore//InboxApplications”) Get-ItemProperty).Path Add-AppxPackage -Register -DisableDevelopmentMode
