This SOS recipe is always requested by my kids when they come to visit. I spent 20 of my 28 years in the Air Force in the mess hall. I think I have perfected SOS (Creamed Hamburger Gravy). It is easy and quick. Serve over toast (shingle) or biscuits or hash brown potatoes. I know it is unhealthy to leave the fat in but it makes it tasty. If you use something other than hamburger drain the fat.
