You can tell from the string of tomato recipes I’ve been posting here lately that I’m in the thick of it. And today is no exception. I made this for dinner last night and if you have a box of spaghetti and some good tomatoes you’re halfway there. What you see is a jumble of spaghetti olives nuts veggies and shredded mozzarella in a no-cook tomato sauce with lemon zest.
