I love this spicy soup recipe because it uses fresh sweet red peppers instead of roasted red peppers. It’s loaded with other fresh greens and thyme and it freezes exceptionally well. Rice is used as a thickener instead of cream. If you don’t like a lot of heat reduce the amount of cayenne and red pepper flakes.
