Spicy Salami Pasta

Ele's homemade spicy salami is made in the traditional Italian way using only natural products and cured for 6 weeks. Check out this article for more information about Italian cured meats. We also use homemade Carolina reaper chili oil to enhance the flavors that combine with the olives capsicum (red peppers) and homemade Napoli (Marinara) sauce.
